Refund policy
At ATHOLHU, each piece is carefully inspected before shipment. We do not accept returns or refunds unless the request is related to a verified quality issue.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only considered if:
- The item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue
- The request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the item
- The item is unused and in its original condition
We do not accept refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Color preference
- Size preference
- Minor natural variations in leather grain, tone, or markings
- Customs delays or duties
2. How to Submit a Request
To ensure fairness and prevent misuse, customers must provide:
- A clear video showing the quality issue
- Clear photos of the defect
- Your order number

Requests without sufficient visual evidence will not be reviewed.
3. Review & Approval
- We will review your submission within 3–5 working days
- If approved, we will provide return instructions
- Items must be returned before any refund is processed
4. Refund Method
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable
- Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated
5. Important Notes
ATHOLHU reserves the right to:
- Decline refund requests that do not meet the above criteria
- Reject items that show signs of wear or use
- Request additional information where necessary
