What currency are your prices listed in?
All prices are displayed according to the country selected on our website. Your final payment amount will be shown at checkout before confirmation.

Once payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders immediately after they are placed. For this reason, we are generally unable to modify or cancel orders once confirmed.

Can I change my delivery address?
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
As orders are processed quickly, we may not be able to amend the delivery address once the order has been confirmed.
Can I place a bulk/corporate order?
Yes! We welcome corporate and bulk orders.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not currently offer gift wrapping services. However, each item is beautifully packaged in a cotton dust bag and non-branded box.

Delivery typically takes 2–15 working days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
We only accept returns relating to verified quality issues submitted within 7 days of receipt.

Product Care
How do I care for my leather bag?
Our bags are crafted from top-grain leather.
We recommend:
- Using a soft cloth for regular cleaning
- Applying leather cleaner and conditioner periodically
- Storing the bag in its dust bag when not in use
