Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 2–15 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Delivery Charges

  • Free shipping within Asia
  • Flat rate USD 20 for the rest of the world
  • Taxes & duties (if applicable) are payable by the customer

Packaging

Each item is protected with a cotton dust bag and placed in a non-branded box.

Delivery Service

All orders are shipped via standard delivery. We do not offer alternative shipping services at this time.

Refund Policy

At ATHOLHU, each piece is carefully inspected before shipment. We do not accept returns or refunds unless the request is related to a verified quality issue.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only considered if:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue
  • The request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the item
  • The item is unused and in its original condition

We do not accept refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Color preference
  • Size preference
  • Minor natural variations in leather grain, tone, or markings
  • Customs delays or duties

2. How to Submit a Request

To ensure fairness and prevent misuse, customers must provide:

  • A clear video showing the quality issue
  • Clear photos of the defect
  • Your order number

Requests without sufficient visual evidence will not be reviewed.

3. Review & Approval

  • We will review your submission within 3–5 working days
  • If approved, we will provide return instructions
  • Items must be returned before any refund is processed

4. Refund Method

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable
  • Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated

5. Important Notes

ATHOLHU reserves the right to:

  • Decline refund requests that do not meet the above criteria
  • Reject items that show signs of wear or use
  • Request additional information where necessary
