ATHOLHU pieces are made to accompany daily life with quiet strength and lasting relevance. Each bag is crafted with care, and we stand behind the quality of our materials and workmanship.

Over time, leather and canvas will naturally soften, mark, and evolve with use. Our warranty and aftercare service is designed to support the life of your bag, while respecting the natural character of each material.

12-Month Limited Warranty

All ATHOLHU bags come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. During this period, we offer complimentary repair for confirmed craftsmanship or material defects under normal use.

This may include issues such as hardware failure, loose stitching, zipper malfunction, strap or handle attachment issues, or structural defects related to production. Each request will be assessed individually by our team.

Our warranty does not cover natural leather variations, normal wear and tear, scratches, stains, water damage, colour transfer, accidental damage, overloading, improper care, or third-party alterations.

What Is Covered

For confirmed craftsmanship or material defects within 12 months, ATHOLHU may provide complimentary repair for issues such as hardware failure, loose stitching, zipper malfunction, strap or handle attachment issues, structural defects related to production, or edge finishing issues caused by production.

What Is Not Covered

The ATHOLHU warranty does not cover natural leather grain, wrinkles, colour variation, or marks; normal wear and tear from daily use; scratches, stains, water marks, oil marks, or colour transfer; corner wear, handle darkening, leather softening, or changes in shape; damage caused by overloading; damage caused by improper cleaning or storage; accidental damage; third-party repair or alteration; or loss of accessories after use.

Paid Care & Repair Service

Beyond the 12-month limited warranty, ATHOLHU may offer paid care and repair services to help maintain the beauty and longevity of your bag.

This may include surface cleaning, leather conditioning, canvas surface cleaning, edge paint touch-up, hardware polishing, stitching repair, strap or handle repair, or minor structural repair, subject to assessment and material availability.

As leather and canvas are natural or textile-based materials, signs of use such as softening, scratches, stains, colour transfer, water marks, yellowing, corner wear, and changes in shape may not be fully reversible. Our team will advise what can realistically be improved before proceeding with any paid service.

Canvas & Leather Pieces

For canvas-and-leather pieces, paid care may include light surface cleaning of the canvas and maintenance of the leather trims.

Please note that deep stains, yellowing, dye transfer, water marks, and ageing of canvas may not be fully reversible. Leather trims may also develop natural marks, softening, and colour changes with use.

How to Submit a Request

To submit a warranty or aftercare request, please contact us (email: customerservice@atholhuofficial.com) with your order number, clear photos or videos of the issue, a short description of how it occurred, and the service you are requesting.

Our team will assess the request and advise whether the service is complimentary, paid, or not suitable for repair.

All repair and care requests are subject to assessment.

Repair time may vary depending on the issue, material availability, and service capacity.

ATHOLHU reserves the right to determine whether an issue is considered a product defect, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by use.

For paid services, we will confirm the estimated cost and service scope before proceeding.
